The Cornish Kilt Company was founded in Padstow by the Willis family, built on many generations of seafaring, farming and mining in the duchy.
As a result, A passion for Cornish identity and culture is a driving force in our business, as we work to promote all that Cornwall has to offer, and provide a platform for those men and women who are proud to be Cornish.
Our aims as a company

Enable and empower the people of Cornwall to embrace their identity and play a part in preserving Kernow’s unique culture and heritage.
2.
Ensure that the endangered traditional skill of Kilt making remains strong in Cornwall and as far as possible provide products that have been produced in the Duchy.
3.
Provide a cost effective opportunity to support and embrace the Cornish identity, as we believe this is the right of all Cornish men and women.

Made with 8-10 yards of premium 16oz wool, our made-to-order kilts are a cut above those found on the internet and even those used for hire.
100% hand made with additional fixings of the highest quality. Our bespoke kilts are highly durable and made to last. Additional measurements ensure a perfect fit unique to you, making the kilt a pleasure to wear again and again.
We stock tartan for the Cornish National, St Piran and Hunting, however if you would like a bespoke kilt made from a different tartan of your choice, we will endeavour to procure it from our suppliers. just ask!
